Causes and Countermeasures of common faults of sheet fed ink

1 Ink bucket deinking:

phenomenon: ink deinking (without falling into the groove), ink supply is reduced or interrupted, and the color of printed matter becomes lighter

reason: 1. The ink is too short and the fluidity is too small

2 thixotropy is too large and viscosity is too small

countermeasures: 1. Add new ink with high liquidity

2 add the binder with high viscosity to improve the ink slope

2. Plucking:

phenomenon: a small part of the paper will be pulled out of the paper, causing the printed matter to be scrapped

reason: 1. The ink is too sticky

2 paper surface r=p/lb strength difference

countermeasures: 1. Add tpp-041 fuzzing inhibitor to reduce ink viscosity

2 use paper with high surface strength

3 reduce the speed of the printer

3. Ink pulverization:

phenomenon: the ink is easy to wear off under a little pressure after drying

reason: 1. There is less film-forming material in the connecting material in the ink

2 the ink viscosity is too small

5. Stacking rubber:

phenomenon: ink accumulates on the blanket and cannot be transferred to the paper

reason: 1. The ink is too short and the water resistance is poor. The ink is emulsified

2 there are too many pigments or fillers used in the ink

3 the paper is powdered

4 the amount of anti fouling agent is too large

countermeasures: 1. Reduce the addition of anti sticking agent

2 increase the length of the ink and improve the water resistance

6. Ink stacking on ink roller:

phenomenon: the ink on the ink roller cannot be transferred, and the density of the printing sample is not enough. Stop the machine and evaporate the water before driving. The density exceeds the requirements

reason: 1. The ink has poor water resistance

2 ink is too short

3 the ink viscosity is too small

4 the amount of printing potion is too large

countermeasures: 1. Check the viscosity and fluidity of the ink

2 improve the water resistance of ink

3 reduce the water supply or add isopropanol to the liquid medicine to improve the wettability and increase the volatility

7. Greasy:

phenomenon: there is a layer of floating package on the layout, which is not clear

reason: 1. The water resistance of the ink is too poor

2. The viscosity of the ink is not enough

countermeasures: 1. Increase the ink viscosity and add tpp-101 external oil

2 adjust the printing potion, add isointernal alcohol or alcohol, and reduce the surface tension

8. Dirty version:

phenomenon: non image parts cannot be kept clean

reason: 1. The ink is too soft and the viscosity is too small

9. Flying ink:

phenomenon: mist like droplets of ink between ink rollers are scattered around the machine, polluting the environment

reason: 1. The ink supplied to the ink roller is too thick or the ink film of the ink roller is uneven

2 the ink is too long or the viscosity is too small

3 the ink roller is worn and damaged, or the installation is inappropriate

countermeasures: 1. Reduce the ink supply or adjust the ink roller pressure to make the ink film uniform

2 add wax additives to shorten the inkability of the ink

3 check whether the ink roller is damaged and whether the installation is reasonable

4 reduce the printing speed
