1. All exterior finishes, including those of balconies and rain hoods, shall be completed according to the design documents

2. All public parts, public facilities, various pipelines (including water supply, drainage, rainwater, heating and heating), electrical equipment (including distribution boxes, cabinets, panels, sockets, switches, lamps) shall be decorated according to the design documents, and various test items shall be completed according to the regulations

3. Various pipelines shall be subject to water supply, pressure test, ball test, heating thermal commissioning and other acceptance work

4. Water storage and sprinkling tests shall be carried out for roof engineering projects

5. If prefabricated floor slab or cast-in-situ slab ceiling is used in each room within the door, it should be done without plastering and leveling with putty, so that the slab joint is dense, there is no crack, the joint is smooth, there is no wrong platform, the surface is flat, the color is basically uniform, and the line angle is straight; The base course ground concrete of each room within the door shall be flat and compacted to achieve firm bonding and no cracks

6. The floor of rooms with waterproof requirements shall be planned in strict accordance with the building requirements of waterproof layer and protective layer. Two water storage tests shall be carried out during acceptance to ensure no leakage

7. The slope of floor drain and flashing shall meet the design requirements, and the flashing shall not fall. The joint shall be tight and smooth without leakage

8. For the elevation of cement ground base course of various rooms, the height and size requirements for reservation and redecoration should be considered


ball passing test &mdash& mdash; After the installation of indoor drainage riser or main pipe, a rubber ball, iron ball or wood ball with a diameter of not less than 2/3 of the pipe diameter shall be used for pipe ball passing test. The drainage pipe can be put into use only after the ball passing test is 100% qualified

water storage test &mdash& mdash; The inspection of the contact parts between the ground and the wall, the root of the pipe and other parts prone to leakage in the room with constant water. Generally, the shallowest water level of impounding is 2cm, and the impounding time is 24 hours. It is qualified if the liquid level does not drop and there is no leakage around
